Puzzle Support Services is here to help adults with disabilities live fuller lives through tailored care and NDIS-funded support across Geelong, Ballarat, Melbourne and wider Victoria.

Dedicated to quality and consistency of care, our support workers are here to help where and when you need them. We connect our clients with their community, offer companionship, help them to and from where they need to be and assist them with their daily living needs.

All of our support workers are trained to assist across a wide range of client needs, and with over 40 team members, we can connect you with a support worker suited to your unique situation. We understand the importance of involvement within the community, being able to access services and keeping routines and schedules.

We help our clients gain access to essential, social and recreational community services. This could be simple tasks like getting groceries, paying bills and running errands. Our support workers also enjoy helping their clients participate in community events and fun activities like going for lunch, social events, outings, the movies or crafts and hobby classes.

Support Services We Provide for Adults

In-Home Support

Our support workers care for clients within the comfort of their homes and assist with a range of duties while offering friendly company. We can help around the house with meal-prepping, tidying up and light cleaning. Our support workers are also fully trained to help with personal care and grooming needs such as getting up or into bed, showering, grooming and general personal hygiene.

Therapy Assistance

By involving ourselves in the therapy appointments, our therapy assistants can help to ensure routines and programs are followed outside of the therapy office. This may include assistance in performing those physical programs, following a speech or OT plan and maintaining therapy routines. Through care and support, we help our clients reach their therapy goals.

Welbeing Mentors

We find that some clients need motivation and support to stay active, so we can tailor sports and recreation fitness programs through our wellbeing mentors. Holding certificates in sports, recreation and fitness, Puzzle Support Services wellbeing mentors understand the importance of physical movement for healthier and happier lives.

Transport

Trust our support workers for reliable transport to a range of destinations including work, school, higher education or for other essential services such as shopping, errands and appointments. Of course, we can also assist with transport for community access such as to and from activities, social events and trips.

Support Workers

We’re there to help you in any way you need. You may need assistance inside in the home or help getting to and from workplaces, education institutions, appointments or community activities.
